At Odyssey Preschool & Montessori, we create a safe and engaging atmosphere for children aged 18 months to 6 years. Our Montessori-based curriculum empowers children to explore, learn, and grow at their own pace while developing essential life skills and a love for learning.
Language Component
All of our programs incorporate language enrichment through group time and activities in both Mandarin and Spanish. These sessions are designed to expose children to new languages
during their most receptive developmental stages, enhancing their cognitive abilities and cultural awareness. Through songs, stories, and interactive activities, children are introduced to basic vocabulary and conversational skills in both languages, fostering a foundation for future language learning while encouraging an appreciation for global diversity.

Toddler Program (Ages: 18 months - 36 months)
- Overview: Our Toddler Program provides a thoughtfully prepared environment that nurtures the development of the whole child, focusing on social-emotional regulation, language acquisition, and practical life skills. Through engaging activities and careful observation, teachers design lessons that promote independence, coordination, and self-regulation as children transition from parallel play to more interactive play.
- Language Options: Parents can choose between English or Mandarin for their child’s instruction, with language circles conducted in both languages to support natural language acquisition and cultural awareness.
- Curriculum Highlights: Our curriculum is designed to foster essential skills across a range of developmental areas, including social and emotional regulation, language development, gross and fine motor skills, early literacy, mathematics, cultural diversity, geography, sensorial experiences, and practical life activities. These skills are integrated into key areas of the environment, specifically Practical Life, Language, Math, Geography/Cultural, and Sensorial.
With a low teacher-to-student ratio of 1:6 and additional support from assistants, toddlers benefit from close supervision and role modeling. The program’s structured yet flexible approach allows each child to thrive as they explore, learn, and grow in a safe, supportive environment.
Young Preschool Program (Ages 2 to 3.5 Years)
- Overview: Our Young Preschool Program is designed for children ages 2 to 3.5 years, providing a warm and nurturing environment that supports their developmental journey. Following the Montessori philosophy, we honor each child’s natural growth stages, helping them build foundational skills in a structured yet engaging setting.

Preschool Program (Ages: 3 years – 6 years)
- Overview: Odyssey’s Preschool Program follows a three-year Montessori cycle, supporting children’s growth from exploration to mastery within a nurturing community.

To apply to Odyssey Preschool, the first step is to join us for a tour. Send us an email or call us to schedule a tour. Tours are for parents only. If that is not possible, you may bring your child, but if your child becomes bored or disruptive, you may need to tour another time.
- Submit an application along with a non-refundable $200 application fee.
- For two children, submit an application for each child, but only one application fee.
