If you would like to apply to Odyssey, the first step is to come in for a tour, which we offer on Wednesdays at 10:30. Allow at least half an hour for the tour, though the director will stay and answer questions afterwards. Please try to make arrangements so that you won’t need to bring your child to the tour. If that isn’t possible, you may bring your child, but if your child becomes bored and disruptive, you’ll need to tour another time.
After the tour you may submit an application, along with a non-refundable $100.00 application fee. For two children, you’ll need to submit an application for each, but only one application fee.
If we have a spot for your child, we will contact you to schedule a parent orientation, at the end of which you can sign a Tuition Agreement and pay the deposit, which would be one month’s
tuition. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be used to cover your child’s last month’s tuition if notice is given one calendar month before the last month. At that point, enrollment is secured.
If we do not currently have a spot for your child, or if you are applying for the future, your child will be added to our wait list.
A playdate for your child will also be arranged before starting, either at the same time as the parent orientation, if the child is starting soon after, or after the orientation, if enrollment is taking place months before the child’s start date.
The main enrollment window is in the spring, when children are being enrolled for the next school year, starting in August. But if and when spots open up at any time, we will select families from our wait list to fill those openings.
